while reading this week's assignment, the subject of "ego" is what stood out to me the most. im fascinated by this concept because i am such a humble individual. i am completely void of any egocentrism. i routinely put the needs of others before those of myself. i am wonderful at discerning the problems of others and offering them viable solutions to the problems. i am a master at the art of listening. in fact, it has been suggested that i am the greatest listener in the history of western civilization. any hint of egotism is simply not in my character. if i had a dime for every time that i brightened someone's otherwise miserable existence i would be able to by each and every single one of those individuals a completely new life. if i were not so completely void of an ego i would suggest to mayor bloomberg that a statue be erected in my honor on account of my many philanthropic exploits. in fact, if i were in the least bit egotistical, i would allow myself to admit my awesomeness.
